Job summary

CompleteStaff is seeking a Maintenance Technician on 1st shift to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on keeping production equipment, including CNC machines, laser systems, mills, grinders, drill presses, and punch presses, running smoothly and safely.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic programming help, plus hydraulic system know-how to support uptime and product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining production machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Hands-on experience with CNC equipment, mills, grinders, drill presses, punch presses, and laser machines.
• Proficiency with hydraulic systems.
• Willingness to work 1st shift and support uptime.

The right candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining machines such as CNC equipment, mills, grinders, drill presses, punch presses, and CO₂ or fiber optic laser machines. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting problems, making repairs, and helping with programming when needed. Experience working with hydraulic systems is also important.
