Centro Inc. in North Liberty, IA is seeking Maintenance Technicians for a full-time, 1st shift role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility systems, ensuring minimal downtime and safe operation. We are looking for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent and formal technical training; experience in industrial maintenance and the ability to read schematics is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Formal training (apprenticeship, technical college, or continuing education).
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial maintenance role.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Dependability and ability to work independently on overnight shifts.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to reduce downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activity and repairs.
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment.
• Work closely with team members and leadership to identify and resolve issues.
• Uphold all safety standards and procedures.
