Job summary

Centro, Inc. is seeking an experienced maintenance leader in Davenport, IA to oversee preventive and reactive maintenance across production equipment and facilities.

You will supervise a maintenance team, coordinate parts and contractor activities, and drive safety, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives to boost plant reliability and performance. This full-time role requires 5+ years of industrial maintenance and a strong safety commitment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and welding systems.
• Experience reading electrical schematics; PLC experience preferred.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and reactive maintenance for production equipment.
• Minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

What You'll Do

• Lead preventive and reactive maintenance activities for production equipment and facilities
• Minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
• Supervise and develop maintenance team members
• Support equipment installations and facility improvement projects
• Manage maintenance planning, parts inventory, and contractor relationships
• Drive safety, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with production teams to support operational success

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, welding, and preventive maintenance systems
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and reading electrical schematics
• PLC experience preferred
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
