Centro Inc. is seeking Maintenance Technicians in North Liberty, IA to keep production machinery and facility systems running smoothly. This full-time, 1st shift role offers hands-on maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and rapid response to downtime, with emphasis on safety and accurate record-keeping. High school diploma and formal training required; experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Formal training (apprenticeship, technical college, or continuing education).
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial maintenance role.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Dependability and ability to work independently on overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep production running.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to reduce downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activity and repairs.
• Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment.
• Work closely with team members and leadership to identify and resolve issues.
• Uphold all safety standards and procedures.
