QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Maintenance role on the 1st shift in Green Bay, WI. The position pays between $30.61 and $33.89 per hour and runs from 6:00am to 2:00pm, with direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues on production equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and operating material-handling equipment. Experience with PLCs, HVAC systems, and automated lines is preferred. Welding is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Good mechanical ability and manual dexterity.
• Able to read and comprehend schematics and blueprints.
• Familiar with Programmable Logic Controllers.
• Familiar with Industrial HVAC Systems.
• Familiar with automated assembly lines and systems related to them.
• Proficient in diagnosing mechanical problems, dismantling mechanical equipment, securing correct parts, repairing and reassembling mechanical equipment including pumps, conveyors, and gearboxes.
• Ability to weld preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot breakdowns and diagnose causes of mechanical, pneumatic, or electrical system problems on production equipment and execute most feasible method of repair.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and systems.
• Operate trucks, overhead cranes, and aerial platforms.
• Use computerized work order system and any training required to learn the system.
