Qualifications

Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
Mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting experience.
Ability to diagnose and repair production equipment.
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree or technical training is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work either 2nd or 3rd shift.
Direct-hire, full-time position.
Monday-Friday schedule.
Overtime available but not mandatory.
Shift differential in addition to base pay.

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial manufacturing equipment
Diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment issues
Complete equipment repairs and support preventative maintenance activities
Respond to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance needs
Work with the maintenance and production teams to minimize equipment downtime
Follow established plant safety and maintenance procedures
Support continuous, reliable operation of production equipment
