Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Green Bay, WI, for a direct hire. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, performing PMs and repairs, and reading blueprints to keep production moving. A 5+ year track record in industrial maintenance is expected.

The position offers a 12-hour rotating schedule, with Saturdays sometimes required, and generous on-site perks as described in the posting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Associate Degree or Certificate in Electro-Mechanical Tech or similar.
• Ability to read prints, fix gearboxes/pumps/conveyors, and get hands dirty.
• Comfortable with heights, confined spaces, and overtime when needed.
• Willingness to keep learning (and OSHA certification if needed).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Running piping, wiring, conduit—whatever keeps things moving.
• TIG welding and mechanical assembly.

Wage: $29–$36/hr (based on experience)

Shift: 12-hour rotating schedule (Mon–Fri, with 6 days off every 3 weeks—yes, really. Some Saturdays required.)
