Job summary

QPS Employment Group has a direct-hire opportunity in Janesville, WI for an Electro-Maintenance Technician on 1st shift (7:00am–7:00pm). The role requires strong industrial maintenance skills, PLC programming, and the ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems on 12-hour shifts.

You will install, repair, and optimize control circuits, motors, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics, use Fiix to track work orders, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of experience in Industrial Maintenance.
• Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and schematics up to 480V.
• Experience with PLC logic, drives, and control circuits.

Responsibilities

• Write and troubleshoot PLC logic and circuits.
• Repair and design control cabinets and interfaces.
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify improvements to reduce downtime.
