Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Fabricate components as needed to support repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct residential painting projects to enhance facility aesthetics.
• Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
• Weld components as necessary to ensure structural integrity and functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles.
• Proficiency in using tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks.
• Ability to read and understand technical schematics and manuals.
• Experience in welding techniques is a plus.
• Previous experience with residential painting is desirable but not mandatory.
