Job summary

Kerry Group in Rhinelander, WI is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our union facility in the Smoke and Grill Division. You will perform building repairs, equipment installations, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and complete work orders on a 12-hour rotating schedule.

We seek candidates with 2–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, a relevant technical certification, and strong mechanical aptitude.PLC knowledge and stainless welding skills are a plus, with opportunities to

Qualifications

Technical certification from a vocational or trade school is preferred.
Journeyman Millwright or Maintenance Technician certification is an asset.
2-5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

Repair, install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment as part of the maintenance team.
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to work orders and unplanned repairs.
Follow GMPs and safety standards to ensure equipment reliability and cleanliness.
Maintain inventory accuracy and housekeeping in the maintenance area.
Assist with building maintenance, including minor plumbing and welding.
Operate safely in a manufacturing environment and be part of a team.
