Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on automated production equipment.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and calibrate drive controls.
• Trace PLC logic and diagnose faults to minimize downtime.
• Read schematics and ladder diagrams to execute overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and support preventative maintenance programs.
• Occasionally travel regionally for training and collaboration.
