Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the Greater Milwaukee Area to keep molding, automation, and facility systems running at peak performance. You will perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs, conduct preventive maintenance, and support production teams with technical expertise.

The role requires hands-on skills in mechanical/electrical systems, reading manuals/blueprints, and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Maintenance technicians with mechanical/electrical repair experience.
• Experience with molding, automation, HVAC, and fluid systems preferred.
• Safety procedures such as LOTO should be followed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production equipment.
• Maintain molding machinery and automation systems.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedule (daily to annual).
• Assist with machine setup and calibration as required.
• Document all work performed during repairs.
• Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Work independently and in teams to minimize downtime.
• Support safety initiatives and forklift operations.

We’re looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team in The Greater Milwaukee Area. In this role, you’ll keep our molding, automation, and facility systems operating at peak performance. You’ll work on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and support production teams with technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs on production and support equipment
• Maintain molding machinery, automation systems, HVAC, compressed air, and chiller systems
• Follow and provide input on the preventive maintenance schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, annual)
• Assist with machine set‑up and calibration as required
• Complete emergency/unscheduled repairs and document all work performed
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure minimal downtime
• Support safety initiatives, including LOTO procedures and forklift operations
