ALPLA in Wisconsin is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and predictive maintenance on proprietary extrusion and molding equipment, and to support general facility upkeep. The role requires basic blueprint reading, hydraulic/pneumatic knowledge, and PLC troubleshooting, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

You will work a 12-hour 2-2-3 day shift (6am–6pm) in a manufacturing environment that values hands-on training, career growth, and stability.

Qualifications

• Basic-skilled level maintenance to perform essential duties.
• Read blueprints/schematics for maintenance tasks.
• Capable of preventive and predictive maintenance on molding and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on proprietary ALPLA equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair molding machines and related systems.
• Support general facility maintenance and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with facilities team to ensure smooth production.
• Interpret maintenance data and monitor equipment health.
