Job summary

Actus Nutrition is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Paris, IL team on a 10pm–6am shift, Mon-Fri. The role involves performing preventive, routine and emergency maintenance on buildings and equipment, monitoring pressures, flow rates, boiler performance, and maintaining PM logs.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude, a desire to learn, and the ability to obtain a Forklift License Certification.

• Must have desire to learn, show initiative and able to pass Forklift License Certification.

• Preventative, routine and emergency maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Monitor pressures and flow rates of equipment.
• Monitor boiler performance, water and air quality.
• Maintain PM logs.
• Perform general maintenance on the facility, welding – sanitary and structural.
• Keep Management informed of potential issues.
• Maintain sanitation log records and timeliness.
• Certified to drive the forklift.
• Follow all LOTO, PRCS and safety procedures.

The starting salary range for this position for candidates located in Illinois or reporting to a supervisor located in Illinois is $23.62 USD hourly. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including but not limited to skill set and depth of experience.
