Job summary

Actus Nutrition is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Wisconsin to oversee preventative and emergency maintenance of buildings and equipment in a milk-products processing facility. The role requires hands-on mechanical, electrical and structural skills and a safety-first mindset.

You will work a night shift on a rotating 5:00 PM–5:00 AM schedule, with pay based on experience. Strong PLC knowledge and ammonia handling are a plus; 2–3 years in food processing maintenance preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience in a food or beverage setting.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of PLCs and ammonia handling is a plus.

The Maintenance Technician has the responsibility to oversee and troubleshoot all operational, utility and maintenance related issues as it relates to the preventative, routine and emergency maintenance of buildings and equipment.

Shift: Night shift role working 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule (5:00PM-5:00AM)

Pay: Based on experience

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• To oversee and troubleshoot all operational, utility and maintenance related issues as it relates to the preventative, routine and emergency maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Performing maintenance on building and equipment as needed involving preventive maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing equipment in a sophisticated milk-products processing plant.

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Previous industrial maintenance experience with a strong aptitude in the areas of mechanical, electrical and structural maintenance.
• Must be self-motivated, have ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to contribute to a team environment
• Knowledge of PLC's and ammonia a plus.
