Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep resort facilities operating safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and carry out repairs across a range of systems.

You will manage materials, order supplies, and coordinate or inspect HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building tasks. A strong background in maintenance and tool familiarity is required, with diverse duties across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and power tools.
• Able to multi-task and handle all maintenance issues.
• Knowledge of essential maintenance and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems.
• Conduct general repairs such as painting, walls, electrical, plumbing and landscaping.
• Maintain heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. Your primary focus will be on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety. If you have a strong background in maintenance and are passionate about providing exceptional service, we would love for you to join our team.

What you’re great at:

• Maintaining the upkeep of the property based on standard operating procedures.


• Determining the material, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete tasks.


• Ordering supplies promptly to complete projects.


• Performing general repairs needed, such as but not limited to: painting, constructing/patching walls, security hardware, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, filter maintenance, and landscaping.


• Coordinating or inspecting, operating, and maintaining the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.


• Perform all other duties as assigned.
