Job summary

Peak Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Ramblewood Apartments, a 1,200+ unit property. The role involves on-site maintenance, HVAC troubleshooting, and preventive repairs to keep residents safe and comfortable.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience including HVAC, troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
• On-call rotation is required.
• Drywall and painting experience is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks on the apartment property to ensure safety and comfort.
• Respond to service requests and on-call assignments in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of repairs and coordinate with management on large projects.
