Peak Management in Louisville, KY, is seeking a ROCKSTAR Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance for an 80+ unit Eagles Eyrie property. You will apply HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting skills to keep systems running smoothly and safely.

The role includes on-call rotations, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and reliable transportation to multiple site locations. Peak offers strong compensation, medical/dental/life insurance, PTO including your birthday, a 401(k)
