Maloney Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Woonsocket, RI team. This is a full-time role supporting a multi-site portfolio with 352 units located throughout Woonsocket, North Smithfield, and Pascoag.

You will handle preparing vacant units for turnover, completing resident work orders, annual unit inspections, daily site walk-throughs, and upkeep of properties including common areas, snow removal, and groundskeeping.

Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Woonsocket, RI. This is a full-time opportunity in the property maintenance field at a multi-site portfolio with (352) units located throughout Woonsocket, North Smithfield, & Pascoag.

• Preparing vacant units for turnover.
• Completing resident work orders.
• Annual unit inspections
• Daily site walk throughs.
• Upkeep of the properties, including common areas, snow removal, and groundskeeping.

The work hours are 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation.
