Job summary

Maloney Properties LLC is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Haverhill, MA. This role involves performing in-unit repairs and general maintenance across multiple properties, ensuring quality service at our housing communities.

The ideal candidate will possess skills in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, and be able to work in a dynamic team environment. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. with shared on-call duties.

Qualifications

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Haverhill, MA. This is a full‑time opportunity at a community with 200 units of family housing. You will also support properties in Nashua, NH and Manchester, NH as needed. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include:

• Performing in‑unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.
• Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed.
• Performing groundskeeping and maintenance of exterior and common areas.

The work hours are 7:30 A.M.– 3:30 P.M. Monday‑Friday with on‑call duties shared on rotation.
