Job summary

Diamond Precision in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our state-of-the-art machine shop. The ideal candidate will perform routine maintenance and repair on CNC mills and lathes, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime.

We offer a $1000 sign-on bonus and a competitive benefits package. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, with experience reading manuals and schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience preferred in CNC or Industrial maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Robotic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machines.
• Repair and replace defective parts as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.

Employment Type: 1st, & 2nd shift available. Flexible, plus some weekends as needed.

CNC or Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machines
• Repair and replace defective parts as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
• Collaborate with production team to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience preferred in CNC or Industrial maintenance
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
