Job summary

ManpowerGroup, the parent company of Manpower, Experis and Talent Solutions, is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Williamsburg, MI. The role involves surveying buildings, reporting repairs, and performing preventative maintenance to keep machinery and facilities safe and functional.

Shifts available: 1st, 2nd and 3rd, with hours Monday–Friday. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, knowledge of electrical/hydraulic systems, and experience using a multimeter.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Strong understanding of electrical (480 to 12v), hydraulic, and other systems.
• Experience with multi-meter use.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Survey buildings and report necessary repairs or updates to existing systems / structures to maintain health and safety standards.
• Pull and check fuses, knowing proper size in circuit.
• Clean and inspect molds for damage, perform routine maintenance on molds.
• Perform basic maintenance functions through a preventative maintenance system such as filter changing and replacement, oil changes, cleaning and greasing of equipment, etc.
• Perform maintenance of electrical 3-phase motors.

Pay Range: $27-31/hr based on experience.

Shifts:
1st: 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday-Friday
2nd: 3:00pm - 11:30pm Monday-Friday
3rd: 11:00pm - 7:30pm Monday-Friday
