F&F Realty is seeking a full-time maintenance technician for our Northgate Crossing apartments in Wheeling, IL. You will handle routine repairs, make-ready tasks, and on-call maintenance across the community.

A reliable, team‑oriented professional with basic trades in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, and snow removal is essential. Current HVAC certification or willingness to obtain it is required; you should live within 30 minutes of the property and have reliable
