Tlc-Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in Naperville, IL. The role involves routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to keep the property safe, functional, and attractive for residents.

You will work with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, respond to service requests, and support turnover for new residents. We offer competitive pay ($23–$28/hr), on-call scheduling, and a range of benefits including health coverage, retirement

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role, preferably in residential or apartment communities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at our vibrant apartment community in Naperville, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the property. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and a commitment to providing excellent service to our residents.

The compensation range for this position is $23 to $28 per hour based on skill level and experience, plus quarterly bonus potential.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with Saturdays required at times, when scheduled for emergency on-call
