We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Washington.

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute routine preventative maintenance tasks to ensure all machinery remains in optimal working condition.
• Identify and resolve technical malfunctions to help minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Possess a robust foundation in both mechanical and electrical systems.

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a maintenance role for one to two years is highly valued.
• Comfortable performing tasks in outdoor settings whenever the situation demands.
• Fluency in Spanish is considered a significant advantage.
• Compensation: $25 to $30 per hour, depending on your experience.
• Schedule: First shift operations.
• Availability: Standard hours fall between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekend overtime required for emergency repairs when the facility is inactive.
