Job summary

Providence Real Estate is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for our newest apartment community in Austin, TX. You will respond to service requests, perform apartment turns, and handle preventative maintenance to keep residents safe and comfortable.

The ideal candidate has apartment maintenance experience; HVAC certification is preferred. We value reliability, problem solving, and the ability to work independently while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or facilities maintenance preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot a range of issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance service requests and perform apartment turns.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and general repairs across the community.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance issues and other tasks as needed.

Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience

What You'll Do

You will respond to maintenance service requests, complete apartment turns, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC systems, and assist with plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repair work throughout the community.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have apartment maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently. HVAC certification is preferred, and candidates with experience in residential maintenance, facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or skilled trades are encouraged to apply.
