Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment communities served by Evolving Solution Services. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, drywall, painting, and appliances, while delivering outstanding resident service.

This role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team; on-call rotation and safety compliance are expected, with opportunities for career

Qualifications

• 3+ years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and general carpentry.
• EPA Certification (Universal or Type II) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform apartment turns, including repairs, painting, and punch-out work.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on community equipment and common areas.
• Maintain property appearance, including grounds and amenities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and local building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and inventory.
