Evolving Solution Services is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community. You will maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment, ensuring safety, appearance, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include completing service requests, performing apartment turns, troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, and keeping accurate records. This role requires independence, reliability, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and general carpentry.
• EPA Certification (Universal or Type II) preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests promptly and professionally.

• Conduct preventative maintenance on community equipment and common areas.

• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and local building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and inventory.
