Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, install, modify, and maintain mechanical equipment and systems in a powder production plant.

You will support safety initiatives, ensure documentation is complete, maintain and update records, communicate repair timelines in the CCMS database, and perform preventive maintenance; weekend coverage required and 1st shift training may be needed.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience.
  • Experience reading electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with CCMS database preferred.
  • Must be able to work occasional weekend coverage.
  • Training may be required on first shift.

What you will enjoy doing*
  • You will troubleshoot, repair,install, modify, and maintain mechanical equipment & systems in apowder production plant
  • Further you will support andparticipate in current and new safety initiatives / policies business needs
  • You will ensure all equipmentdocumentation is complete and properly processed
  • Additionally, you will maintain and updatenecessary documents as they pertain to the maintenance and facilitiesdepartment
  • You will communicate equipmentrepair timelines and document findings in the plant CCMS database
  • And youwill perform preventivemaintenance on equipment and plant systems
What makes you great

  • Further you must have three to five (3-5) yearsIndustrial Maintenance experience
  • You also must have experiencereading and understanding electrical schematics; and mechanical blueprints
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Suiteare necessary for this role

  • You are required to work occasional weekendcoverage
  • Training may be required on firstshift as necessary
