Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, install, modify and maintain mechanical equipment in a powder production plant. This first shift role runs 06:00am–02:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend coverage.

What you will enjoy doing*

• You will troubleshoot, repair, install, modify, and maintain mechanical equipment & systems in a powder production plant
• Further you will support and participate in current and new safety initiatives / policies business needs
• You will ensure all equipment documentation is complete and properly processed
• Additionally, you will maintain and update necessary documents as they pertain to the maintenance and facilities department
• You will communicate equipment repair timelines and document findings in the plant CCMS database
• And you will perform preventive maintenance on equipment and plant systems

What Makes You Great

• A High School diploma / GED is required
• Further you must have three to five (3-5) years Industrial Maintenance experience
• You also must have experience reading and understanding electrical schematics; and mechanical blueprints
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Suite are necessary for this role
• Experience in any CCMS database is preferred
• You are required to work occasional weekend coverage
• Training may be required on first shift as necessary
