Job summary

All Ways HVAC is seeking a HVAC Maintenance Technician to maintain heating and air conditioning systems in light commercial and residential settings. You will perform scheduled preventative maintenance, inspect and clean coils, blowers, condensate lines, electrical components, and filters, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Familiarity with air conditioning systems and components.
• Proficient reading and interpretation of manuals and diagrams.
• Knowledge of field service practices and procedures.
• Understanding of property maintenance principles.
• Experience with boilers and ammonia refrigeration (if applicable).
• Familiarity with HVAC system design principles.
• EPA certification is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Inspect and clean coils, blowers, condensate lines, electrical components, and filters.
• Ensure all work complies with codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service during visits.
• Collaborate with technicians and contractors to complete projects.
• Document all maintenance activities accurately.
• Other duties as assigned.
