The technician will handle basic maintenance tasks across properties in Waukesha and Milwaukee counties, requiring skills in handyman work, plumbing, carpentry, drywall repairs, painting, electrical work, and HVAC. The position emphasizes timely, professional task completion according to organizational standards.
