Responsibilities

• Carpentry

• Miscellaneous minor electrical work
• Minor plumbing repairs
• Ensuring the building property is properly maintained
• Furniture moving, arrangement, and placement of equipment
• Carrying out frequent checks of all areas and reporting faults using the correct procedure
• Ensuring the safe, correct, and economical use of equipment and cleaning materials
• Performing other maintenance duties as needed
• Performing inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting

Pay

$25 - $28 per hour. The hourly rate may vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Typical Shift

Monday – Friday: 6:00am – 2:30pm and rotating on call.
