Job summary

River Run Apartments in Warren, OH seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and routine upkeep, handling electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry and painting tasks to keep the property in top condition.

The role runs Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch; responsibilities include prepping vacant units for new residents, assisting with the property's appearance, and supporting on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Own hand tools required.
• Must pass background check and drug test (marijuana).
