Job summary

River Run Apartments in Warren, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and upkeep inside and outside the property. The role runs Mon–Fri 8:30 am–5:00 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

You will handle electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, and painting tasks, prepare vacant units, and help maintain amenities while ensuring a welcoming environment for residents. A valid driver’s license and own tools are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to use during workday.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. We test for marijuana.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and maintenance tasks on time and as required.
• Help maintain the property’s appearance and amenities.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Perform various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, and painting.
