Job summary

Integrity Realty Group, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Ryan Place, Kent Apartments in Kent, Ohio. The role involves repairs, upgrades, and maintaining a welcoming environment inside and outside the properties.

The position operates 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with an on-call rotation. Candidates should have 2-3 years of maintenance experience, own hand tools, a valid driver's license, and be able to pass background and drug tests. PTO and holidays are included.

• Knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required during workdays.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep our property in top-notch shape. Your role involves repairs, upgrades, and maintaining a welcoming environment inside and outside our properties.

Essential Job Functions:

• Complete repairs and maintenance tasks on time and as required.
• Help maintain the property’s appearance and amenities.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Perform various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required during workdays.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. We test for marijuana.
