Edelman Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electric & Solar is seeking a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled tune-ups, inspections, and diagnostics for homeowners in the Champaign area. You’ll identify wear, inefficiencies, and potential problems while clearly communicating findings to customers.

Qualifications

Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician

Hiring in:

• Champaign, IL
• Rockford, IL

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience

Entry-Level: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Experienced: $26.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, starting at 7:00 AM, plus a minimal rotating on-call schedule.

Performance Pay: Average technicians earn approximately $2.00-$3.00 more per hour through performance incentives, with top-performing technicians earning approximately $5.00 more per hour.
