Job summary

Scotts Miracle-Gro is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Tyler, TX to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems. You will service production line machinery, assist in installations, and perform fabrication tasks as needed.

The role requires prior maintenance experience and comfort with repetitive motions and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior relevant maintenance experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability for prolonged and repetitive motions of standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, climbing, reaching overhead and arms/hands dexterity.

• Performs maintenance duties or other duties as assigned.

The hourly rate pay for this position at Scotts/Hawthorne will generally fall between $30.05 - 40.65 per hour and is paid weekly. Scotts/Hawthorne will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.

• Ability to push button, monitor controls, and perform basic math functions.
