Job summary

Studio 6 & Motel 6 Tucson North is seeking a full-time hotel maintenance technician/assistant to keep equipment in good repair and support daily operations at the Ina Rd property.

Responsibilities include completing maintenance work orders, performing guest room repairs (plumbing, electrical), maintaining logs (Daily Maintenance Log, PMS Log), and assisting with inspections and renovations as needed. On-site role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Maintenance skills for hotel equipment and facilities.
• Experience with basic plumbing tasks in guest areas.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Keep all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing day-to-day maintenance of the hotel.
• Complete maintenance work orders from all departments on a timely basis by following hotel's standard operating procedures.
• Perform maintenance activities in the guest room like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, and repairing all types of hardware, and electrical equipment including lamps, AC units and more.
• Complete a Daily Maintenance Log.
• Assist in preparation for all inspections.
• Accurately maintain the property PMS Log.
• Basic pool maintenance.
• Assist with renovation of guest rooms, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor and upper management.

The Motel 6 and Studio 6 dual-branded hotel off Ina Rd. is seeking a full-time associate for a hotel maintenance technician/assistant.

The job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Keep all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing day-to-day maintenance of the hotel.
