Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician on the Day Shift to maintain and troubleshoot factory equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues, and work with contractors when needed.

The role requires 7 years of experience, high school diploma or associate degree, and strong knowledge of CMMS and building automation. You will join a safety-focused team committed to reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 7 years of maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, pneumatic & hydraulic systems.
• Basic electrical knowledge; CMMS and building automation knowledge preferred.
• Excellent mechanical skills and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer Core Values and all safety and quality requirements.
• Performs monthly preventive maintenance and inspections on all major facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical issues with production equipment.
• Install, repair, disassemble, replace, and maintain equipment or facilities.
• Work with outside contractors when necessary which may include procuring parts and services.
• Performs all general maintenance functions.
• May assist other departments and engineers with facility and mechanical tasks.
• Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in independent evaluation and adaptation of standard techniques.
• Investigates, develops, and implements new process technologies of small to moderate scope.
• Devises new solution to problems encountered
• Work independently to perform and complete assigned work orders in a timely manner.
• May perform training of Associates on production equipment.
• May identify electrical issues in systems or equipment as they occur.
• May perform unsupervised walk through of facility to monitor, check and report on conditions.
• Performs other functions as required

Job Description

Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Day Shift

Applying knowledge and experience with electrical controls on manufacturing machines/equipment

• Adheres to Integer Core Values and all safety and quality requirements.
• Performs monthly preventive maintenance and inspections on all major facility equipment within one or more facilities.
• Apply skills, experience and general knowledge to a wide range of complex tasks to troubleshoot (including Hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical issues with production operations equipment), adjust, install, repair, dissemble, replace, and reassemble and maintain equipment or facilities.
• Works with outside contractors when necessary which may include procuring parts and services.
• Performs all general maintenance functions.
• May assist other departments and engineers with facility and mechanical tasks.
• Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation/modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria.
• Investigates, develops, and implements new process technologies of small to moderate scope.
• Devises new solution to problems encountered
• Work independently to perform and complete assigned work orders in a timely manner.
• May perform training of Associates on production equipment.
• May identify electrical issues in systems or equipment as they occur.
• May perform unsupervised “walk through” of facility to monitor, check and report on conditions.
• Performs other functions as required

Minimum Education

High school graduate or equivalent. Associates degree preferred.

Minimum Experience:

7 years of maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environment.

Specialized Knowledge:

Knowledge of refrigeration and mechanical systems and solid trouble-shooting skills. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, pneumatic & hydraulic pressure systems. Must possess excellent mechanical and basic electrical knowledge, aptitude, and principles. Knowledge of CMMS and building automation systems is preferred.

Special Skills:

Knowledge of basic computer and Microsoft Office applications. Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment and work with other departments.
