Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for day shift to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot a wide range of facility equipment. You will work with contractors as needed and support production operations with strong mechanical and electrical abilities.

The role requires at least 7 years of maintenance experience in industrial settings, plus knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC systems, and building automation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 7+ years of maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of refrigeration and mechanical systems and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, pneumatic & hydraulic systems; basic electrical knowledge.
• Familiarity with CMMS and building automation systems; basic computer and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and quality requirements and Integer Core Values.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance and inspections on major facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues on production equipment.
• Collaborate with outside contractors for parts and services when needed.
• Plan and execute work orders with independent judgment and timely completion.
• Assist other departments and engineers with facility and mechanical tasks.
• Identify new process technologies and implement improvements within scope.
• Provide training to associates on production equipment as needed.
• Monitor facility conditions and report abnormalities.
