Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Springfield, OH is seeking an Industrial Maintenance mechanic to keep our operations running. You will work hands-on with hydraulics, electrical systems, HVAC, conveyors, cranes, and more, following building schematics and safety standards.

The role involves a Sunday-Thursday night schedule from 9:30 pm to 6 am. Starting pay is $25.11 per hour based on experience, with an additional $2.85 per hour performance incentive.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Powered Industrial Vehicle certification required
• Three years previous machine repair experience OR equivalent education/training, forklift repair experience
• Willing to work in high places, freezing cold spaces, inside/outside, and anywhere in the building

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Repair and troubleshoot hydraulics, electrical systems, HVAC, and conveyors.
• Maintain building systems, cranes, hi-speed doors, and safety protocols.

Industrial Maintenance

Location : 4980 Gateway Blvd. Springfield, OH

Schedule : Sunday-Thursday, 930 pm to 6 am.

Pay : Starting $25.11 per hour based on experience

Does this look like you?

• You must be 18 years of age or older

• Three years previous machine repair experience OR an equivalent combination of education and training. Previous experience in forklift repair

• You’ll be asked to do work in high places, freezing cold spaces, inside/outside, and anywhere within the building where you are needed

• Successful passing of drug screen and background check

• Able to lift/move up to 100 lbs during your shift
