Job summary

Masters Gallery Foods in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (9:30 PM–5:30 AM, Sun–Thu). You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment using mechanical, electrical, welding, and fabrication skills, and participate in designing and relocating machinery to keep lines running smoothly.

You’ll join a team that values reliability and efficiency, with a starting wage of $28–$38 per hour, plus an incentive bonus up to 6% of gross earnings and accelerated

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of electronics and wiring up to 480V.
• Experience with motion controls, HVAC, refrigeration, boilers.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Welding skills meeting USDA/WDA standards.
• Familiarity with forklifts and lifts.
• Able to operate in a CMMS and meet safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
• Design, fabricate, relocate machinery as needed to stay efficient.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on systems.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and manuals to diagnose issues.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in all tasks.

DESCRIPTION Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

9:30PM-5:30AM (Sunday - Thursday)

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the problem solver who keeps our machinery running smoothly. You'll use your mechanical and electrical expertise to troubleshoot and repair any issues that come up with our production equipment. Your welding and fabrication skills will come in handy for repairs and improvements. You'll also be proactive, ensuring everything is up to standard through regular preventative maintenance. An exciting part of the job? You'll get involved in designing, fabricating, and relocating production machinery and equipment - ensuring we stay efficient and productive. No two days are the same, and your hard work will be recognized and appreciated by the Masters Gallery team.

What You Have to Offer

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, with a passion for learning and growing in the maintenance field
• Knowledge of electronics, single and 3-phase wiring (up to 480 volts),
• motion controls, HVAC systems, refrigeration, industrial boilers,
