Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Middleton, WI hotel. You will perform scheduled preventative maintenance, document work orders, and assist with guest room care.

The role requires basic troubleshooting of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems and hands-on repair of hotel equipment. Responsibilities include pool system maintenance, seasonal landscaping, and operating hand tools and power equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience; hotel maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
