Hudson Grove Property Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support two apartment communities: Delo Apartments in Louisville and Carriage Hill Apartments in Thornton, CO. You will respond to daily maintenance requests, perform general repairs, and prepare vacant units for move-in with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily, facilities, hospitality, or related trades.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Respond to daily maintenance requests with urgency and resident-first attitude.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including repairs, cleaning, and painting.
• Participate in snow removal rotation and emergency on-call schedule.
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and mechanical systems.
• Support vendor coordination and ensure timely completion of unit turns.

• Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Respond to daily maintenance requests with urgency, care, and a resident-first attitude
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including general repairs, cleaning, and painting
• Participate in the snow removal rotation and emergency on-call schedule

• Support vendor coordination and ensure timely completion of unit turns
• What You Bring to the Team
• A minimum of 1 yearof recent hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily, facilities, hospitality, or related trades
• Fluency in English required; Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Your own basic tool set (a small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, spring-loaded pliers, utility knife, channel locks, hacksaw, caulk gun, hammer, and tape measure)
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance (required)
• You live within 10 miles of Thornton AND Louisville, CO;Preferably somewhere in between.
