The Grove at Lyndon in Louisville, KY seeks a Maintenance Technician II to lead repairs and preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. You will supervise unit turns and upkeep of common areas while supporting pool maintenance and safety protocols.

This mid-level role is ideal for those with strong technical skills who take pride in safe, high-quality living environments and mentoring others. On-call rotations and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general or apartment maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• CPO and EPA Universal preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs. and work on-call as needed.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working independently and mentoring others.

Responsabilités
