Job summary

The Liberty Group is hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities in Tempe, AZ. Pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.

Required: 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience, government-issued ID, reliable transportation, basic tools, and the ability to handle service requests and make-readies. Preferred: HVAC certification and related experience, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams

• A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) — pays more
• Strong make-ready/turn experience
• Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
