The Liberty Group is currently seeking experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities. Pay ranges from $24 to $26 per hour, depending on experience, and includes opportunities for on-site teamwork in Beaverton, Oregon.

What you’ll do

Preferred (not required)

• A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) — pays more


• Strong make-ready/turn experience


• Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
