Banyan Living, LLC in Stow, OH, is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. You will perform routine inspections, respond to resident requests, and complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances to keep our luxury apartments in top condition.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certifications preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in maintenance or related field.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly with excellent service.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant units by performing necessary repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
