You will handle routine inspections, repair plumbing/electrical/HVAC systems, and respond to maintenance requests with strong customer service. On-site work and on-call duties apply, with Bi-Weekly Pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• 1+ years of maintenance or related field experience.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems and general repair work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.

As an Experienced Maintenance Technician, you will use your technical skills and expertise to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, conduct repairs, and perform preventative maintenance across our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all building systems and equipment.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly, ensuring great customer service and satisfaction.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants by ensuring repairs and maintenance tasks are performed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities and track supply inventory.
• Work collaboratively with the property management team to address and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times.
